This service is designed to assist you to trace your customers and verify contact details as part of your credit checking process.

The Telecom White pages database is updated daily and holds over 1.4 million business and residential listings. You can use this service to trace your customers or verify their details.

How does it work?

Simply enter a name and suburb or address, select the search option you want and get the answer immediately. You must know a name and a partial address.

There are two search options:

• Regular Locality Search - put in name, suburb and city and get a list of all matches.
• Expanded Locality Search - lets you search with name and city only. If more than 60 matches are found you can enter more information to narrow down the search criteria.

For each search you can choose:

• Regular Search - searches for identical matches in the same order you entered it
• Word Search - searches for all listings that match, regardless of the order of information you entered.
