This service gives you immediate access to the New Zealand Transport Agency (NZTA) database.

It can give accurate, up to date information to vehicle financiers who want to assess the creditworthiness of prospective customers.

Check your customer's driver profile

This is particularly important if you are in the vehicle financing or insurance industry.

How does it work?

Provide us with the customer's:

• First name and surname
• Date of birth
• Driver's licence number
• Driver's licence version number

You will receive the following information:

• Verification of the Driver's Licence holder's name
• Status of the Driver's Licence
• Driver's Licence components which may include - class/stage details, endorsements, conditions
• Exemptions.

Consent is required

Legally, you must have the express consent of the Driver's Licence holder to proceed with a LicenceCheck report for the purposes of verifying their Driver's Licence information.
